These capes can only be bought after a player has completed The Fremennik Trials quest. These capes have the same bonuses as a normal cape. They can be found in eleven different colours: cyan, brown, blue, green, red, grey, yellow, teal, purple, pink, and black. Maybe I was too harsh, but still it’s really naive argument. Fremennik grey cloaks can be bought from Yrsas Accoutrements in western Rellekka.
